DTB crystallizer is a kind of crystallization equipment with high efficiency, controlled by PLC. Its structure and working principle decide its high heat transfer efficiency, simple configuration, convenient operation together with its good operating environment. We have produced more than 10 models of such crystallizers, and the capacity ranges from 300 to 10000 kg/h. We also provide all kinds of accessories according to clients’ requirement.
工作原理及特點/Working Principle and characteristics
結晶過程中,溶液的過飽和度、物料溫度的均勻一致性以及攪拌轉速和冷卻面積是影響產品晶粒大小和外觀形態的決定性因素。
The effects of supersaturation, material temperature, stirring speed and cooling area are the determining factors for grain size and its appearance during crystallization.
DTB結晶機采用了專用的攪拌槳,且溫度、攪拌槳轉速可調易實現系統自控制,以適應各種物料結晶要求的。進料從結晶器導流桶底部引入,通過攪拌作用上升進行結晶。導流桶一般都中心安放,與導流桶共中心安裝有攪拌槳,一般冷卻型DTB結晶機的攪拌槳電機安裝冷卻型DTB結晶機的上部、真空型DTB結晶機考慮密封結構,攪拌槳電機可以安裝在真空型DTB結晶機的下部。
DTB crystallizer has its unique stirring paddle and its temperature and stirring speed are adjustable. The feeding material flows in form the bottom of draft bucket and rises through agitating. The stirring paddle is set with the same centre of draft bucket.

compared with FC-type crystallizer, DTB has the advantages of high internal flowing rate and low external circulation speed. It can decrease the second nucleation, thus, it is suitable for crystals of larger size.
DTB結晶器規格/DTB crystallizer speculation
DTB結晶器規格:一般設計直徑從2米到6米,,可以生產0.5~1.5mm范圍的晶體(當然取決于該結晶體系的具體特點),停留時間一般為3~4h,晶漿密度可以高達25%。
Speculation: φ 2m~4m, production :crystals of 0.5~1.5mm . The residence time is usually for 3 to 4h, slurry density can be as high as 25%.

應用范圍:本設備應用于氯化鉀、氯化銨、醫藥等行業。
